In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, the client has the right to refuse the goods purchased remotely (including ordering through an online store) at any time before receiving them. In this case, the funds received from the Customer are returned by the Company to the Customer in the same way the payment was made. The refund period is from 1 to 31 days. The delivery cost is also returned to the Customer upon refund. Please note that live flowers belong to the category of goods that cannot be returned. If you were delivered poor-quality flowers (for example, the courier froze them during transportation), you should contact our company within 24 hours. Please note that claims regarding the quality of flowers are considered if there is a photo of the bouquet taken on the day the bouquet was delivered.

FlowerBOX.md guarantees high quality of bouquets. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the execution of the order, we are ready to make a repeat delivery for free. We consider claims received within 24 hours from the moment of flower delivery. Flowers that could not be delivered due to the absence of the Recipient and the impossibility of their transfer through third parties are stored in the store for 1 day from the delivery date specified in the order. The cost of repeat delivery is 100 lei during the daytime and 200 lei at night.
